Statement regarding Russia-Georgia conflict

The Principality of Kaznia (soon to reform into the Cheslovian Federation) has officially changed sides in the Russia-Georgia conflict, despire the fact that the war is over.

Two days ago, the Kaznian government was revewing sources written by South Ossetians and had concluded that the acts carried out by the Georgians were savage and barbaric. The Kaznian government has seen and read about the conflict, and it is a fact that Georgia has shamefully started the war by attacking the sleeping city of Tskhinvali, it almost seems like Georgia wanted to destroy the civilian population of Tskhinvali - the capital of the seperatist Republic of South Ossetia. This was without doubt a genoside on South Ossetians by Georgians.

Russia declares war on Georgia

The Russian Federation has unofficially declared war on Georgia claiming that it is "protecting its citizens living in the break away region of South Ossetia". Prior the the Russian invasion of South Ossetia, Georgian troops had mobilised in and around South Ossetia and bombarded South Ossetian military establishments and troops.

South Ossetia is a region in Georgia which wants independence and to join the Russian Federation. Another separatist region of Georgia is Abkhazia. The Caucasus mountains is packed full of separatist regions ranging from Abkhazia in Georgia to Chechnya in Russia to Nagorno Karabakh in Azerbaijan. A Kabardino-Balkar saying says that "When God sprinkled the nation on the Earth, he dropped his shaker on the Caucasus", this can be quite evident now with all the nations conflicting with each other.

The Kaznian government has officially stated:
"Although the Kaznian government supports the glorious Russian Federation, taking much of its ideas and culture from Russia, we must condemn this attack on Georgian soil. The Kaznian people are shocked by the decision of the Russian government to invade Georgia. We can only describe Georgia as one of the most peaceful and cultured nations in Eastern Europe, and its independence, culture and sovereignty is being threatened by and country much larger than its self with a bigger military. We can only hope that Russia will have a change in heart and recall its troops from Georgia".

Germany creates first hi-tech supermarket

The Federal Republic of Germany has created its first hi-tech super market. It is seen in Kaznia as another great European achievement, the supermarket features "intelligent" freezers that can calculate how many products there are after someone has taken something, robots that are able to give directions and there is no longer a need to wait at a counter, all that is needed is mobile phone to scan bar codes, and a machine to receive your order via infrared, bar code scanning and finger scanning.

Kaznia supports Lisbon Treaty

The government of Kaznia is in support of all member states of the European Union to accept the Lisbon Treaty saying that it will put the EU in a new direction. The government of Kaznia is disappointed with the British public for not having faith in the EU, many British simply get the wrong message and, with many of the British news papers owned by North Americans, the news papers can simply, and tastlessly slander the EU and all of its hard work. The government urge the British not to listen to the news papers and to only get new about the EU from official EU sources.

The Treaty of Lisbon will amend the EU's two core treaties, the Treaty on European Union and the Treaty establishing the European Community. The latter will be renamed the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union. In addition, several Protocols and Declarations are attached to the Treaty.
